In this episode, Dr George Kentas an Associate Professor of International Politics and Governance talks about the relationship between Politics and Population Health through examples such as the 1974 Turkish Invasion of Cyprus and the poor health of the German population before both WW’s. He explains how and why societies become corrupted & polarised and what methods they can use to cure themselves. He answers the question "Should the health records of presidents be publicly shared? And explores if societies are heading towards Anarchy?

Dr Giorgos Kentas (PhD Vrije Universiteit Brussel, 2009) is Associate Professor of International Politics and Governance at the University of Nicosia and Director of a Graduate Program in Public Administration. His research interests focus on strategic governance, strategic management, European governance and politics, theories of politics and governance, conflict management. He published in peer-reviewed journals and written and/or co-authored several books.
